ORDERS BY DESCRIPTION:
AMI is a wholesale Major Appliance Parts distributor. We are happy to provide our customers with parts research by description for any brands we have access to. We cannot, however, accept liability or responsibility for parts not ordered by part number. Any parts ordered by description only will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. No returns on special order items or electronic/electrical parts unless under warranty. The buyer must make claims for all packages damaged in transit through the carrier!!

WARRANTY:
All products sold by AMI are guaranteed by the manufacturers we represent to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to function properly when used according to professional norm, standard and practice for a period of no less than 30 days from sale to the ultimate consumer. No liability will be accepted for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of parts or accessories we distribute. AMI’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective items. Domestic Magnetron tubes less than 1,101 watts carry a 6 month from date of purchase warranty. Commercial Application tubes under 1,101 watts carry a 3 month from date of purchase warranty.

TERMS:
All orders shipped UPS unless credit approved. Credit applications are available upon request. No handling charge on any order. UPS shipping charges apply to all orders. All OEM prices subject to price change. We reserve the right to charge a 1 ½% late charge on past due balances. Accounts with a past due balance over 60 days will be placed on hold. There will be a $20.00 service charge on returned checks. Next day and 2nd day air shipping are available upon request. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

DEFECTIVE PARTS:
Examine your parts immediately. All claims must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Return authorization required. All returns are subject to manufacturer’s approval. Return defective part to AMI Prepaid. We will issue credit or send replacement part, provided it is packaged to avoid damage during shipment, a brief explanation for return, and a copy of original invoice is included, and all necessary warranty paperwork are included.

CORE RETURNS:
Must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and returned to AMI within 15 days of invoice for credit.

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS:
Resalable parts may be returned to AMI, within 15 days from date of invoice, when shipped prepaid, along with copy of the original invoice. We do charge a $20.00 restocking fee for unwanted parts.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND USE
When you visit amiparts.com we do not gather any personally identifying information about you when you visit this site, unless you choose to provide such information to us.

We collect certain personally identifiable information when you sign in to the AMI Resources web site and register for on-line shopping, or request other services that require information, registration or subscription. This information may include your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and its expiration date. We also keep a record of your purchases on-line.

Except as described below, AMI Resources will not sell, share or rent your personally identifying information obtained online to any third party. AMI Resources may share personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people if we have your consent or need to share such information with our 3rd party authorized agents in order to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions, or to notify contest winners or fulfill promotional obligations. In addition, if you prefer not to receive information from us, either through e-mail or regular mail, you may opt out of receiving these emails where possible from within the body of these emails or may send us an e-mail or call our Customer Support Team at 1-800-522-1264. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for your request to become effective. Thereafter, when you make purchases, we may still send you an e-mail confirmation and may need to contact you by phone, email or regular if we have other questions regarding your order.

DELIVERY POLICY
AMI Resources ships web orders within the US and Canada only via FedEx Ground.  We process and ship orders of in stock items within 3 to 5 business days of the order being placed.   In the event an item is out of stock our customer service department will contact you to discuss the expected delivery timeframe.
